The Founder, Star, also known as the Medical Mindset Coach is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Educator, specialising in full body and mind transformation through detox, wellness, mindset and trauma is an international speaker, author, teacher, personal transformation coach. 

Star is a fully qualified, highly skilled international multimodality practitioner, who has trained with highly recognised mentors from around the world and specialises in addressing all aspects of the self in a natural and holistic manner.

Star born and raised in South Africa immigrated to the UK in 2016 and left an unfulfilling 9-year career as a Chartered Accountant to pursue her innate and true calling in the field of Healing where she explores working in the fields of health, wellbeing, trauma, psychology, philosophy, mindset coaching, mentoring and energy work.

Star truly understands the effects and impact that the modern-day lifestyle has on the mind, body and soul resulting in her specialising in multiple disciplines to address all of these areas in an easy, concise and practical way.

Star is extremely passionate about what she does and is dedicated to helping those who want to achieve and promote physical, mental and emotional well-being by providing balanced personal support, guidance and advice in respective areas tailored to the needs of the patient which may include nutritional advice, blood tests, mindset coaching, full-body scanning, trauma work and other applicable complementary therapies.
